Receive less mail from IBM by updating your PartnerWorld profile.
North America

IBM PartnerWorld is incorporating a checks and balance system to ensure IBM Business Partners maintain accurate profile information in the PartnerWorld Profiling System (PPS) database. This database is key to you as it helps determine what benefits and resources you, as a Business Partner, are entitled to access in PartnerWorld. Your profile in PPS also helps to determine your company’s eligibility to receive leads from IBM and is used to accurately send you only articles that are geared to the products and services that interest you.

Beginning in May, if you have not updated your profile within the previous nine months, you will receive an e-mail from IBM PartnerWorld North America with instructions on how to update. A reminder e-mail will be sent to you on a monthly basis until your profile is updated. You will also receive a pop-up reminder when you log on to PartnerWorld until your profile is updated.

New IBM Internet Lead Generator
PartnerWorld

The Internet Lead Generator (ILG) tool is designed to help IBM Business Partners build a Web-based lead capture “back end” for their e-mail and direct mail campaigns. The tool can be an effective complement to the popular IBM Campaign Designer tool, which enables Business Partners to build marketing materials using IBM templates for their co-marketing campaigns. In addition to letting Business Partners build the Web landing page and registration form for the campaign, the ILG tool sends automatic “thank-you” fulfillment e-mails when prospects register for offers, and automatically notifies the Business Partner with prospect information.

We want your stories. We want to feature your successes. The process is very simple.

Begin by completing the customer reference submission form on PartnerWorld. Once submitted, it becomes part of the reference process. The program manager sends the reference profile to you for review and approval before publishing. There is a place in the form for you to indicate the type of reference the customer is willing to be (speak to media or analyst, do a case study, etc.). If it is tagged that they are willing to do a case study, the program manager captures it and reviews to determine if it merits a case study.
